During my year at Bournemouth University I got to pitch a story idea for a group project. Unfortunately my story didn't get picked but I enjoyed storyboarding the idea and designing the characters for it and thought what the heck, I'll make it an animatic! Perhaps I'll try and finish it on my own, we'll see.

During my year at Bournemouth University I got the chance to do the storyboards for our group project. The story was an idea Felix pitched to the class, and after we got into groups and settled on it I worked off of his initial pitch into the storyboards that would later become our finished film "CHOCOLATE", which you can view here!

Originally this copy of the storyboards were done without sound, but I added some music tracks to give the boards some more personality.

Story concept and script by Gary Milin

Back in 2011 after I had graduated from Sheridan I had the opportunity to work as storyboard artist on the script, "The Firewood Tree" by Gary Milin to enter into the Amazon Studios script writing and animatic competition at the time.  During this project I was able to design so many environments, alien races and species as well as try and tell the story in the grand manner it deserved.  Unfortunately we only made it to halfway through the script before the project got cancelled.  Still, I'm quite proud of the variation to the big bag and the creation of the world I created under Gary's direction, and decided to make it into a short animatic to show off the sequence.
